"I was in the middle of a time critical sale of my house when the house inspection necessitated some structural reinforcements to bring the structure up to current codes. Duane was able to preform the work required (as specified by an engineering firm review), in a stunningly fast and efficient fashion, coordinating and preforming all the work and assuring timely inspection by the building department of the work underway and completed so as to meet the closing date for the house. The work involved ordering and installing a steel reinforcing beam, and its still a mystery to me as to how he was even able to get the steel beam ordered and delivered to spec in the time involved, never mind actually handling the demolition and construction to get the beam installed and the surrounding building restored, including painting of interior and exterior to match the surrounding untouched structure. The entire project ran less than 3 weeks. Extremely grateful to Duane for saving this sale."
